Can we bring outside food/drink into the Prime Osborn Convention Center?
No, we are not allowed to bring outside food and drink into the convention center. There are concession stands and food trucks available where food may be purchased. If you’d like, you may picnic at your vehicle.
Is the Prime Osborn wheelchair accessible?
Yes, the Prime Osborn is wheelchair accessible.
Are tickets or registration needed for the Congress?
No, there are no tickets or pre-registration for the event. Everyone is invited and welcome. However, we do require that any children attending the Children’s Track be registered and there is a nominal fee for materials. For more information, please click here.
How much is parking?
There is FREE Parking available around the Convention Center.
Where is the best place to park?
Parking is available in the main parking lot behind the Prime Osborn Convention Center, off of Bay Street.
What time do the doors open?
Doors open at 5:30 p.m. Friday, May 15 and 7:00 a.m. on Saturday, May 16.
Is there closed captioning?
There will be closed captioning on Saturday for the keynote address, Mass will also be closed captioned and most of the General Track speakers will be close captioned.
Are we able to access the speakers’ talks after the event?
Yes, speakers’ talks will be available for purchase at the Florida Eucharistic Congress at a table in the main hallway.
Is there a live feed?
Yes! We post a live feed from the event which you can enjoy. We also post videos of past presenters on our YouTube page which you can find here.
How much are vendor tables?
For ministry tables not making sales, tables are free. For any vendor making sales, the first table is $350 and each additional table is $150. Cost to have electricity at your table is an additional $60.
When will the sacrament of reconciliation be available?
Reconciliation will be available throughout the day both Friday and Saturday.
