Will there be food available at the Eucharistic Congress?
Unfortunately, this year there will be no food trucks or other food services provided on-site. However, all are welcome to bring a cooler and tailgate in the church parking lot or picnic on the wooded lawn across from the main church (see venue maps). Also, there are a number of restaurants in the vicinity of the venue in Jacksonville where you may get lunch. Some of the restaurants available near St. Joseph Catholic Church are as follows:
Can we bring outside food/drink into the St. Joseph/Queen of Peace churches?
No, we are not allowed to bring outside food and drink into the main church. However, you are welcome to tailgate in the parking lot or picnic in the designated wooded lawn area at St. Joseph’s. Click here to see campus map.
Are both parish event locations wheelchair accessible?
Yes, both St. Joseph and Queen of Peace parishes are wheelchair accessible.
Are tickets or registration needed for the Congress?
No, there are no tickets or pre-registration for the event. Everyone is invited and welcome. However, we do require that any children attending the Children’s Track be registered. For more information, please click here.
How much is parking?
Parking at each parish parking lot is free.
What time do the doors open?
Doors open at 4:45 p.m. Friday, June 4 and 7:00 a.m. on Saturday, June 5.
Is there closed captioning?
There will be closed captioning on Saturday for the keynote address and speakers (English only). Mass will also be closed captioned.
Are we able to access the speakers’ talks after the event?

When will the sacrament of reconciliation be available?
Reconciliation will be available on Friday, June 4 at Queen of Peace from 5:00 to 6:15 p.m. and after Mass from 8:00 to 9:45 p.m. On Saturday, June 5, reconciliation will be available at St. Joseph’s from 8:00 to 9:45 a.m. and after Mass from 11:45 a.m. to 3:45 p.m.
